Our support team typically responds within 24-48 hours. For urgent issues related to deposits or withdrawals, we prioritize faster response times.
Deposits require network confirmations before being credited. BTC requires 3 confirmations (~30 min), USDT on TRC20 requires 19 confirmations (~1 min), and USDT on BEP20 requires 15 confirmations (~45 sec). Please verify the transaction on a blockchain explorer and ensure you sent to the correct address and network.
Withdrawals go through several stages: Validating, Processing, Sent, and Confirmed. If your withdrawal is stuck for more than 10 minutes, please submit a support ticket with the withdrawal ID and we will investigate.
Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires in 24 hours.
TradeGrail charges competitive trading fees. You can view your trading history and fees on your Dashboard. Fees are typically charged as a small percentage of each completed trade.
After registration, we send a verification email to your address. Click the link in the email to verify. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from the login page.
